Arm jiggle. Most of us have it to some degree. This week’s exercise helps tone the jiggliest part of your arm while challenging your core with stabilization work. 


#TotalBodyThursday: Triceps Kickback
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing in. Hinge forward from the hips until your back is almost parallel to the floor, keeping your back straight. Bend both elbows 90 degrees by your sides, then straighten your arms behind you; bend your elbows 90 degrees again and repeat. Do 3 sets of 12 reps.


I'm so ready for these. My arms are getting jigglier by the minute :)
