Sweet Summer Guacamole
Try this fruity twist on traditional guacamole.

1 avocado, mashed
6 strawberries, finely diced
1/2 mango, finely diced
1/2 lime, juiced
Salt to taste
Mash avocado in a bowl.
Stir in diced strawberry, mango and lime juice. Add salt to taste.
Serving suggestion: Serve with cucumber chips or regular chips.
